About Dr. Farlyn Charlot

Dr. Charlot joined Affiliated Foot & Ankle Surgeons in 2011.

 

A native of New York, but remained in the Connecticut area after completing her surgical residency training at Yale New Haven Hospital in 2010.

Dr. Charlot sits on the Board of Directors at the Connecticut Podiatric Medical Association.

 

She is an attending physician at Yale New Haven Hospital and is a part of the Limb Preservation Program.

 

Dr. Charlot has extensive surgical training as well as experience in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of common disorders of the foot and ankle.

Dr. Charlot specializes in diabetic foot care , manages ulcerations, and infectious problems. Dr. Charlot treats many problems that athletes may encounter including strains, sprains and fractures. She also provides care to children.
 
Flat feet, In-toeing, plantar warts, ingrown nail and arch/heel pain are common complaints among Dr. Charlot’s younger patients.

  • Dr. Charlot is board certified in Foot Surgery.

  • Dr. Charlot is a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
