Dr. Blume recently lectured at the international Association of Diabetic Foot Surgeons (IADFS) annual meeting in Bratislava Slovakia. He lectured on the diabetic limb salvage team, lessons from America with international diabetic foot and ankle surgeons from all over the world. Dr. Peter Blume remains an international figure in the field of diabetic limb salvage.
